Responsibilities

  • Coach Comfort Consultants on industry best practices and aggressive growth strategies
  • Lead weekly educational sessions and manufacturer trainings
  • Drive performance. Set the standard. Refuse to let your team settle
  • Own the sales pipeline. Forecast accurately. Inspect what you expect
  • Manage and strengthen retail partner relationships
  • Hit targets — ethically and consistently
  • Collaborate with department leaders to create aligned, company-wide wins
  • Mentor your people through challenges and celebrate their victories
  • Protect and elevate the customer experience at every step
