Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
Sales experience preferred, especially in HVAC, home improvement, or related fields; however, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued.
Passion for helping customers find efficient and affordable HVAC solutions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to conduct home visits.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
