Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
Sales experience preferred, especially in HVAC, home improvement, or related fields; however, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued.
Passion for helping customers find efficient and affordable HVAC solutions.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to conduct home visits.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs and recommend efficient solutions.
Present and explain the benefits of our energy-efficient heating and cooling systems to potential customers.
Build relationships with clients by delivering outstanding service and follow-up support.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to company growth.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
