About The Position

The HVAC Retail Business Developer plays a key role in generating retail HVAC opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth through consistent outreach. This role includes: Reconnecting with previous R3 customers Nurturing existing networks Generating new leads through proactive outreach Working closely with the Marketing Department on promotional sales and seasonal campaigns This position is ideal for someone confident on the phone, comfortable with homeowner engagement, and driven by results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with outbound calling, customer outreach, or sales (preferred)
  • HVAC or home services experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

  • Contact previous R3 customers to schedule retail HVAC bids and follow-ups
  • Maintain consistent communication via outbound calls, email, and text
  • Generate new leads using proactive outreach, networking, and local market engagement
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of retail opportunities and track all activity in the CRM
  • Educate homeowners on HVAC services, promotions, and seasonal offerings
  • Schedule bidding appointments for the Comfort Advisor and HVAC team
  • Provide clear communication to ensure a smooth homeowner experience
  • Support the sales process through detailed follow-up and timely outreach
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department on promotional sales initiatives and seasonal campaigns
  • Serve as the main driver aligning customer outreach with marketing efforts
  • Share feedback, customer trends, and results to help improve future campaigns
  • Track outreach performance, scheduled appointments, and conversions
  • Maintain accurate logs of calls, customer interactions, and generated leads
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve lead generation
