We are seeking experienced residential HVAC Service Technicians (3–5 years) with EPA Universal Certification . This role involves servicing, repairing, and installing residential HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform attic work and lift equipment

Responsibilities

• Install and start up residential HVAC systems (change-outs)
• Repair and maintain heating and cooling systems
• Replace and repair ductwork and insulation
• Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs
• Test systems for leaks and performance issues
• Perform inspections and replace worn components
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Follow all safety standards and building codes
• Complete service reports and documentation
