About The Position

We are seeking experienced residential HVAC Service Technicians (3–5 years) with EPA Universal Certification. This role involves servicing, repairing, and installing residential HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform attic work and lift equipment

Responsibilities

• Install and start up residential HVAC systems (change-outs)
• Repair and maintain heating and cooling systems
• Replace and repair ductwork and insulation
• Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs
• Test systems for leaks and performance issues
• Perform inspections and replace worn components
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Follow all safety standards and building codes
• Complete service reports and documentation
