Your New Role As an HVAC Repair Specialist , you’ll be the expert clients count on to keep their systems operating efficiently.
Requirements
- Must hold a current EPA certification to handle refrigerants safely and effectively.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system service and repair.
- A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license are essential for operating company vehicles.
- Ability to pass a background check, ensuring no criminal history.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues, delivering efficient and reliable repairs.
- Conduct thorough system evaluations and diagnostics to identify underlying problems.
- Clearly explain service needs and solutions to customers, including timelines and costs.
