Requirements
- HVAC experience
- Ability to move and lift objects up to 75 lbs.
- Valid Alabama driver's license and a good driving record
- Willingness to travel
- Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, and computers
Responsibilities
- respond to service calls by visiting clients' homes, equipped with your expertise and tools, to diagnose and fix appliance issues
- deliver top-notch customer service by effectively communicating with clients, restoring their equipment in a timely manner, and providing guidance on proper maintenance
- meticulous documentation of completed work and preparation for upcoming appointments
