About The Position

The HVAC & Refrigeration Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, installation, and upgrade of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role also assists in the design and layout of new or upgraded building systems and performs general maintenance plumbing tasks.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in general A/C equipment maintenance and repair, or an equivalent combination of coursework, certifications, or specialized training

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Upgrade of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Assist in the design and layout of new or upgraded building systems
• Performs general maintenance plumbing tasks
