New Jersey Master HVACR Qualifier – Advisory / Part-Time Location: Gloucester County, NJ Generous Monthly Stipend: $2100-$2,500/month + Competitive hourly rate for any optional on-site technical support, diagnostics, or installation guidance Ideal Supplemental Income Stream: Designed specifically for seasoned Master license holders who want predictable income without the demands of full-time fieldwork, emergency calls, or operational management Your Key Contributions Act as the company's active, in-good-standing NJ Master HVACR Qualifier with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs Guide permit applications , regulatory compliance, and adherence to state requirements Offer expert technical consultation on challenging diagnostics, system installations, safety protocols, or code interpretations (mostly remote, with occasional on-site support when requested) Help uphold exceptional workmanship , code compliance, and industry best practices Maintain flexible availability to meet state licensing and business needs—no rigid full-time schedule required What We're Looking For Current, active New Jersey Master HVACR Contractor License in excellent standing Deep expertise in residential HVAC systems , strong knowledge of codes, and proven technical acumen Excellent professional communication , reliability, and quick responsiveness Enthusiasm for an advisory/compliance-focused role rather than hands-on field leadership or full operational duties. Requirements

  • Current, active New Jersey Master HVACR Contractor License in excellent standing
  • Deep expertise in residential HVAC systems , strong knowledge of codes, and proven technical acumen
  • Excellent professional communication , reliability, and quick responsiveness
  • Enthusiasm for an advisory/compliance-focused role rather than hands-on field leadership or full operational duties.

Responsibilities
