About The Position

The Par Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead complex HVAC installation projects from conception to completion. Requirements

  • Proven experience managing HVAC installation projects
  • Hands-on expertise with hydronics, air distribution, VRF systems, building automation and controls, and other new technologies
  • Technical proficiency with equipment such as air handlers, pumps, VAVs, VFDs, chillers, and cooling towers
  • Exceptional verbal and formal written communication skills are paramount
  • A strong capacity for team orchestration, collaboration, and focusing combined efforts towards a common goal
  • Demonstrated intensity, perseverance, and commitment to continuous self-improvement and technical skill expansion

Nice To Haves

  • A 2-year or 4-year degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering preferred

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a complete and thorough understanding of project plans and specifications.
  • Orchestrate and manage the activities of field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and other building trades.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with customer representatives, including owners, executives, managers, and field superintendents.
  • Administer the review, submission, and distribution of all technical project documentation (submittals, IOMs, reports, etc.).
  • Manage project financials, including the monthly review of billings, payments, and change order documentation.
  • Compose and administer contract change documents to accurately reflect project evolution.
