Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC or Mechanical Project Manager (or similar role)
• Strong financial and job cost management skills
• Proven leadership experience managing field teams and foremen
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Procore or similar construction project management software preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC construction projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery
• Maintain financial oversight including job costing, labor tracking, invoice review, and monthly billing
• Lead and support foremen and field teams
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors
• Oversee project documentation, schedules, change orders, daily logs, and workflows
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
