About the Role Forest River is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in the RV industry. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and safety of our RV products through rigorous testing and validation processes. Key Objectives Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate RV systems and components. Identify, document, and track defects to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, and manufacturing to support product improvements. Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in test engineering, preferably within the RV industry.
Strong understanding of RV systems or related fields, embedded software, and hardware testing.
Familiarity with testing tools, automation frameworks a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and software documentation.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Create detailed test cases based on product specifications and requirements.
Perform functional, integration, and system-level testing on RV’s.
Set up and maintain test environments and testing tools.
Document test procedures, results, and provide clear reports to stakeholders.
Work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.
Ensure compliance with RV industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and coverage.
