AireServ Heating & AC of Council Bluffs has Immediate openings for a HVAC/R Operations/Service Manager. Ideal candidate has expereince with managing service department & CSRS to give our customers a fantastic Experience. Looking for someone who knows how to active grow & train technicians to get the most out of our employees.. Requirements

Ability to develop & grow develop tech soft skills is a huge plus.
Able to hold people accountable is a must.
Valid State Driver's License & clean driving record

This position will be a performance based position. Part salary/ pert performance based.
We are looking for someone to help grow our service department with integrity, accountability & responsibility.

Responsibilities

Oversee HVAC Service Department
Coordinate Service & CSRs to service all our customers
Review KPIs for service & CSRs and work with departments to improve
Review invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
Have weekly reports to review with owner about service operations & CSR scheduling
Is able to run weekly tech & CSR meetings
Working with Service Titan, Rilla & other management software
Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
Work with office staff & technicians on Collections payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
Making sire Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Help with other business operations as needed
