What you will do: Performs a variety of complex services in specialized building system areas such as Plumbing and Mechanical maintenance, repair, and operation. How you will do it: Requisitions of new supplies and equipment. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Complies with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards. Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

Looking for someone with general maintenance and plumbing experience
At least 2 years' experience in plumbing commercial
At least 2 years' experience in general maintenance
Requires knowledge of various plumbing maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs.
Install, repair and maintain pipes, valve fittings, drainage systems in a commercial structure.
Collaborate with general contractors, Electricians and other construction professionals.
Response to diagnose and resolve pluming emergencies.
Must be able work various shifts and holidays as needed.
Must possess a valid driver's license and will be required to pass a background check.
Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
