What you will do: Performs a variety of complex services in specialized building system areas such as HVAC and Mechanical maintenance, repair, and operation. During peak business periods, employees may be required to work weekends and holidays. These shifts will be scheduled on a rotational basis among staff to ensure fairness and adequate coverage. How you will do it: Requisitions of new supplies and equipment. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Comply with all company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards. Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Looking for someone with general maintenance and HVAC experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in HVAC commercial
  • At least 2 years' experience in general maintenance
  • Requires knowledge of various plumbing maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs.
  • Install, repair and maintain pipes, valve fittings, drainage systems in a commercial structure.
  • Collaborate with general contractors, Electricians and other construction professionals.
  • Response to diagnose and resolve pluming emergencies.
  • Be able to work various shifts and holidays as needed.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and will be required to pass a background check.
  • Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment.
