Job Overview As a Traveling HVAC Multifamily Start-Up Technician, you will play a crucial role in our project team, responsible for traveling to our different projects across Florida including Tampa, Orlando, Ocala etc. This role involves working closely with our dispatch, your manager and our parts and installation teams. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently servicing heating and air equipment at all our multifamily sites.

Requirements

5 + Years of HVAC Service experience preferably working in Multifamily
EPA Universal Certification Required
High level of accountability
Proficient at brazing and soldering
Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment
Long-Term Employment Opportunity

NATE Certification Preferred
Service Titan experience is preferred!
Bilingual is a plus!

Responsibilities

Effectively service, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair heat pumps
Perform routine maintenance and filter changes
Operate various hand tools and gauges
Exhibit Superior Custom In coordination with the Superintendent and upon completion of a prestart up sheet, reviews jobsite conditions to ensure equipment is ready for startup
Work closely with Superintendent to ensure customer satisfaction
Completes scope of work in the amount of time estimated for the job
Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts and installation teams
Handle HVAC Warranty Calls
Maintain a clean work vehicle
Maintain truck inventory and stock
Complete necessary paperwork
Maintain professional appearance
