About The Position

Positions in this class perform the full range of journey work duties associated with the construction, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning systems and associated air handling, chilled water distribution, and control mechanisms. In addition, positions maintain refrigeration units and their control systems. Work assignments are generally in the form of work orders indicating the nature of the problem.
