Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma/GED is .
  • 0- 3 years' experience in HVAC
  • Current Washington Journeyman Refrigeration certification required .
  • Must have civilian or military trade school training or equivalent.
  • This position must meet all requirements and perform all duties of the HVAC I, HVAC II and HVAC III positions and have a minimum of one (1) additional year of applicable experience for a minimum of two (2) years’ experience .
  • Washington State EL-06A electrical license.
  • A valid state driver’s license is with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Install, diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems and components.
  • Lead, train, and mentor HVAC technicians; assign tasks and review work.
  • Ensure safety procedures and quality control standards are followed.
  • Communicate with schedulers, coordinators, and customers regarding work status and repairs.
  • Complete required documentation using handheld devices for timekeeping, materials, and reports.
  • Assist with inspections and provide technical guidance and advanced troubleshooting.
