Requirements

Highschool Diploma/GED is .
0- 3 years' experience in HVAC
Current Washington Journeyman Refrigeration certification required .
Must have civilian or military trade school training or equivalent.
This position must meet all requirements and perform all duties of the HVAC I, HVAC II and HVAC III positions and have a minimum of one (1) additional year of applicable experience for a minimum of two (2) years’ experience .
Washington State EL-06A electrical license.
A valid state driver’s license is with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.

Responsibilities

Install, diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems and components.
Lead, train, and mentor HVAC technicians; assign tasks and review work.
Ensure safety procedures and quality control standards are followed.
Communicate with schedulers, coordinators, and customers regarding work status and repairs.
Complete required documentation using handheld devices for timekeeping, materials, and reports.
Assist with inspections and provide technical guidance and advanced troubleshooting.
