Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Previous leadership or foreman-level experience required
• Ability to run a crew and manage jobsite workflow
• Strong understanding of multiple HVAC system types
• Must provide own HVAC tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Must know how to run a crew
• Have own tools
• Understand multiple HVAC system types

Responsibilities

• Running and managing a crew of HVAC installers
• Coordinating work, delegating tasks, and maintaining workflow
• Reading and interpreting mechanical layouts, drawings, and system designs
• Installing various HVAC systems (square duct, spiral duct, equipment, supports, etc.)
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed by all crew members
• Maintaining jobsite quality, productivity, and professionalism
