About The Position

Since 1976, Michael & Son Services has been a trusted provider of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Restoration services across Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina. Our Wilmington office is new and growing fast, and we're looking for someone who can grow the team while providing our customers exceptional service.

Requirements

• 4+ Years Residential HVAC Experience.
• Management experience, more than 3 years preferred
• A strong understanding of servant leadership to your team and our customers.
• An attitude and mindset that adds to our rich culture of perfect customer service without taking ourselves too seriously.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of our HVAC team: Training, Coaching, and Guiding team members while growing your team.
• Understand your P&L and how to run the business efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Conduct interviews, disciplinary actions
