In this role, you will be responsible for: Drive profitability and customer satisfaction by enhancing revenue growth while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. Evaluate and schedule service work to effectively utilize manpower, maximizing profitability and operational efficiency. Develop, manage, and oversee departmental budgets to ensure financial objectives are met. Oversee the ordering and allocation of materials and equipment to ensure they are available for scheduled jobs. Schedule timely repairs and maintenance for parts to reduce job completion delays and ensure smooth operations. Engage in research and contribute to the marketing strategies of the department to drive business growth. Generate and review performance reports with management to monitor and improve departmental operations. Track and measure inventory, tools, and vehicle usage to ensure accurate records and efficient resource management. Instruct and guide crews on proper material use and ensure high-quality workmanship. Review payroll records to verify accurate and timely technician compensation. Ensure employees have access to the necessary tools, which are well-maintained and ready for use. Assist in the dispatching process to ensure the appropriate technician is assigned to each service request. Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Evaluate staff performance to identify training needs and provide on-the-job training and support. Assist the General Manager in identifying and nurturing future leaders. Manage and develop service staff, including hiring, scheduling, setting priorities, conducting meetings, and performance evaluations. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Available to work evenings and weekends as needed to support operational demands. Additional duties as assigned.
