What You Will Do:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams.
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory
Join the on-call rotation.
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of hands-on experience with residential HVAC systems
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
High school diploma or GED; trade school or technical training preferred
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused with strong communication skills
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.

Requirements
