JOB SUMMARY This position performs service & maintenance on HVAC systems, performing duct cleanings and Aero sealing in a residential setting and occasionally light commercial settings.
Requirements
- HVAC experience (service preferred)
- Strong communication skills (this is a big one)
- Pride in your work and how you show up
- Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Someone who wants to grow—not just punch a clock
- Must carry an B2,D2 or S2 license in the state of Connecticut

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform system evaluations and explain solutions clearly to homeowners
- Use a structured process that helps you succeed (not scripts that make you sound robotic)
