Requirements

  • 1–3 years of HVAC experience (maintenance experience preferred)
  • EPA Certification preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in confined spaces or varying conditions
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • EPA Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine HVAC maintenance on residential systems, including inspections, cleaning, and tune-ups
  • Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
  • Check and test system components including thermostats, filters, coils, and electrical connections
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
  • Support service team with basic repairs as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and company equipment
