Requirements

1–3 years of HVAC experience (maintenance experience preferred)
EPA Certification preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in confined spaces or varying conditions
Must pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Perform routine HVAC maintenance on residential systems, including inspections, cleaning, and tune-ups
Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
Check and test system components including thermostats, filters, coils, and electrical connections
Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers
Support service team with basic repairs as needed
Maintain clean, organized work areas and company equipment
