About The Position

Boston Unique Indoor Comfort, now part of Ace Hardware Home Services, is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer. Unique Indoor Comfort is a family-owned and operated business with over 30 years in the HVAC industry, known for superior quality and customer-first service in the Boston area. Ace Hardware Home Services extends the helpful service of Ace Hardware into residential maintenance and home repair, including heating and cooling. Requirements

  • 3 years Residential HVAC installation experience or more required.
  • EPA Universal Certification Required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR.
  • High standards for your work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ductwork, refrigerant, low voltage wiring, equipment installation, and air flow is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Install generator and related equipment, including gas lines used in a residential and light commercial setting, successfully without supervision.
  • Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units used in homes.
  • Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
  • Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
  • Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
  • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required.
