About The Position

Essel is actively seeking skilled HVAC Journeyman Installers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be tasked with the installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, ensuring top-quality work that meets our clients' needs. This position requires an individual who is not only proficient in HVAC installation but also dedicated to providing excellent service while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid HVAC Journeyman license or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and local building codes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, and related components in residential and commercial settings.
Ensure all installations are performed according to approved practices and manufacturer specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system installations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct quality inspections of completed installations to ensure compliance with safety codes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after installation.
Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their HVAC systems.
