Job Responsibilities:
Lead and complete residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and IAQ products.
Manage and direct install crew members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
Review job specifications, load calculations, and blueprints to ensure accurate system placement and design.
Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer guidelines, and company quality expectations.
Perform system start-up, testing, commissioning, and homeowner walkthroughs upon completion.
Communicate professionally with customers, explaining system operation and answering questions.
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and project management to confirm materials and scheduling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while protecting customer property.
Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers to support skill development and team growth.
Identify and communicate any job scope changes, challenges, or additional opportunities.
Complete all required job documentation accurately in company software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
Uphold company safety standards and OSHA compliance at all times.
Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and local code.
• Proven leadership experience managing install crews.
• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
