Requirements

3+ years of commercial HVAC / sheet metal experience
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Own basic hand tools required for the trade
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused mindset
Positive attitude and pride in your work
Ability to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with overtime or weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Install commercial HVAC sheet metal systems efficiently and safely
Work collaboratively with superintendents and field crews to meet project schedules
Communicate job progress, needs, and issues clearly to site leadership
Maintain quality workmanship that meets company standards and customer expectations
Follow all company safety policies and jobsite procedures
