About The Position

Are you a skilled HVAC professional who wants to make a difference in Houston homes? All Star A/C, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for an experienced, full-time HVAC Installer to join our team in Houston, TX. Your schedule will vary between 7 am – 4 pm or 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday , with weekend shifts as needed. On-call and overtime opportunities are available. You'll report to our central Houston location each day before heading out to job sites. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY As an HVAC Installer, your day will be spent installing complete HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, and ductwork. You'll perform system change-outs, new installs, and equipment upgrades, making sure every installation meets manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local building codes. On larger or more complex projects, you'll assist subcontracted installers, ensuring top-quality work is completed efficiently and safely. Every day, you'll use your skills and attention to detail to keep Houston homes comfortable and energy efficient.

Requirements

2+ years of HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
Ability to install ductwork, set condensers, install air handlers/furnaces, and complete system startups
EPA Certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to drive a box truck and pull a trailer
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Nice To Haves

Experience working with both split systems and package units
Basic electrical and troubleshooting knowledge
NATE Certification
