About The Position
Sign on Bonus up to $10,000 Christian Home Services is a trusted name in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions, proudly serving homeowners across Chester County, Montgomery County, and Delaware County. We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our residential installation team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
- EPA Certification required
- Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- NATE certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute residential HVAC system installations
- Supervise and mentor junior installers and apprentices
- Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
