Requirements
- HVAC trade school graduate OR 1+ year as an installer/helper
- Comfortable with sheet metal, line sets, electrical connections, and system startup
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong work ethic, reliable, takes pride in quality work
- Able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
Nice To Haves
- EPA 608 certification a plus (we'll help you get it if you don't have it)
Responsibilities
- Install residential furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and full HVAC systems
- Work alongside experienced Lead Installers across the Milwaukee metro
- Take on more complex work as your skills grow
- Complete job documentation in ServiceTitan (photos, forms, payments)
- Build toward your own Lead Installer role on a defined timeline
