Requirements

• 2+ years HVAC installation experience
• Proven leadership or crew lead experience
• Strong installation and layout knowledge
• Clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• EPA Universal Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Oversee installation crews and job execution
• Interpret blueprints and installation layouts
• Ensure installation quality and code compliance
• Perform system commissioning and final walkthroughs
• Mentor junior installers
• Deliver excellent customer experience
