What you'll do as an HVAC Installer: Responsible for assembling and installing ductwork. Brazing. Light Commercial and Residential specialists. Equipment installation: Remodels and Retro Fitting. HVAC Codes HVAC control systems and sequence of operation. Electricity, Electric circuits, circuit boards, controls and instruments. Refrigerant handling and use of recovery equipment. Thermostats. Installing and servicing small hermetic and centrifugal boiler systems. Humidifiers. Electronic air cleaners. Skill in the use of tools and equipment. Field estimate and create a shop fabrication or materials take-off list. Operate and interpret readings from manifold gauges, thermometer, voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, and vacuum pump.
