About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Installers for projects located in the Kodak, TN area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Install heating, ventilation & air conditioning systems System replacements Install & set up HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, and related components Read & interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications Perform duct fabrication, layout, and installation to meet code and system requirements Conduct system startups, testing, and adjustments to ensure proper operation Troubleshoot installation issues and identify solutions onsite Communicate clearly with homeowners supervisors and team members

Requirements

2+ years of HVAC Installation experience
Residential experience
Familiar with local mechanical codes, and installation standards
Lift up to 50 lbs
Must pass a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

Install heating, ventilation & air conditioning systems
System replacements
Install & set up HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, and related components
Read & interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications
Perform duct fabrication, layout, and installation to meet code and system requirements
Conduct system startups, testing, and adjustments to ensure proper operation
Troubleshoot installation issues and identify solutions onsite
Communicate clearly with homeowners supervisors and team members
