Your day starts early, ensuring your team has the tools, materials, and guidance needed to complete each installation to the highest standards. You'll mentor and train technicians, problem-solve on-site challenges, and ensure that every system is installed efficiently, safely, and correctly. You won't just manage a team-you'll be part of it, working alongside your crew to uphold our reputation for excellence. This is a full-time management position with a typical schedule of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or until the job is complete. Overtime opportunities also are available .
