HVAC Installation Manager
About The Position
We are family owned and operated and have been serving residential and light commercial customers in the Raleigh-Durham metropolitan areas for over 50 Years. We are a Premier Level Trane Comfort Specialist and offer company paid dealer training, in-house training, and NATE certifications. We also cover your license fees and training; and any additional development training that you may be interested in. We have in-house training provided by Coach Michael Burt, Grant Cardone, Brad Lea and many others. We are hiring an HVAC Installation Manager! Someone for a goal-minded individual to mentor, train, lead, and manage our team of residential and light commercial installers. Requirements
- North Carolina H3 Contractors License Required (will accept Licensed Technician)
- Strong sense of urgency to drive daily results and hold the team accountable to the standards set by the company
- 5+ years' experience in residential HVAC installations required
- 3+ years supervisor/leadership experience
- Able to use company provide technology; we use ServiceTitan
- Arrive at shop at 7:00 a.m. to supervise the morning dispatch process
- Ability to set and achieve timeline goals
- Proficient working with financial reports
- Proficient in working with Excel and Word
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Must Understand a Profit/Loss Statement
Nice To Haves
- Prefer H2 License Also but not required
