Requirements

  • NC Mechanical License preferred, but not required; candidates should be willing to pursue licensure in the near future if they do not already hold one
  • Minimum 8 years of verifiable residential HVAC Installation experience (some light commercial experience considered)
  • Previous experience in HVAC lead or management roles
  • Thorough knowledge of local and state codes, permitting, and safety standards
  • Respectful and professional demeanor when working with the install team and customers
  • Mentoring and teaching mindset to develop team members
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug testing

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee projects, materials, and installation teams
  • Conduct pre-inspections to ensure ease of installation, cost control, and team safety
  • Coordinate closely with in-house team to maintain effective project flow
  • Mentor and guide team members to uphold quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
