Your Role As an Install Coordinator at Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire, you’ll oversee the entire installation process from the moment a sale is made to final warranty registration. You’ll ensure the right details, people, and approvals come together to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication abilities with both customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (ServiceTitan experience a plus).
  • Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; business administration or customer service background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and follow up on sales leads from customers and Home Comfort Designers.
  • Support the sales team by organizing appointments and tracking customer follow-ups.
  • Oversee and maintain the daily schedule for Home Comfort Designers.
  • Book all sold installations promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate between sales, installation teams, and customers to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Pull necessary permits from city offices for all scheduled installations.
  • Track, finalize, and close out permits after project completion.
  • Register installed equipment and warranties accurately with manufacturers.
  • Maintain documentation and system records to ensure all installs are properly registered and compliant.
