Our Core Values We Care We Do What’s Right We Lead from Within We Own Our Results We Continuously Improve The Big Tasks: Coordinate and manage the scheduling, logistics, and documentation of HVAC installation projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication between sales, technicians, vendors, and customers while maintaining efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Sub Tasks Planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC installation projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and job scheduling. Prepare and maintain project schedules, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential delays. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of required equipment, materials, and resources for each project. Handle customer escalations related to installation projects and ensure timely resolution. Monitor project budgets and expenses, assisting the Installation Manager in cost control and resource allocation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and database Liaise with customers to schedule site visits, installations, and post-installation inspections, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicate project updates, changes, and milestones to both internal teams and external clients in a clear and professional manner. Troubleshoot and resolve any scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, or other issues that may arise during project execution. Assist in the training and onboarding of new installation team members, ensuring they are aligned with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Installation Manager to identify process improvements and implement best practices to optimize installation efficiency and quality. Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and local building codes. Monitor performance metrics, track progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management. Develop and implement processes to improve installation efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory and equipment to ensure availability of materials and tools needed for projects. Foster a positive team culture that aligns with the company’s core values, including a positive mindset, accountability, and follow-through.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, safety standards, and local building codes.
  • Proven ability to manage, lead, and develop a team of technicians.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and build strong customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office and job scheduling software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC Certification (NATE or ELA Master Heat Pump).
  • Experience with CRM and job management software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
  • Experience working with Trane, Mitsubishi, and Bosch
