HVAC Installation Apprentice or Junior Installer

Triple-T Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is a business dedicated to serving its community in the area of heating and air conditioning, air quality services, and plumbing. With a commitment to customer satisfaction and over 45 years of hands-on experience, our team can be trusted with virtually any service challenge. We are currently seeking a HVAC Installation Apprentice or Junior Installer to join our growing team. The residential HVAC Installation Apprentice will work with numerous HVAC equipment manufacturers, system parts and mechanisms, to assist HVAC Lead Installer to install premium HVAC systems. This includes upgrading and improving ductwork, replacing parts and adjusting system controls for better performance by using special tools and diagnostic equipment. Whether you are just starting out or have a few years under your belt, we have a place for you to grow.
Requirements
- Prior HVAC experience is highly valued; entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic HVAC understanding and a strong willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Assist in duct fabrication & installation.
- Follow precise instructions and adhere to job site safety protocols.
- Help track materials and labor for each project.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Compensation: $18 to $38 per hour based on experience.
