Requirements

Candidate will work out of our Louisville, KY location
3+ years HVAC, Installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC Systems
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
Kentucky Journeyman License
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
Must be available for occasional on call, OT, and weekends outside of usual schedule

Responsibilities

Perform service/preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment
Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring on HVAC equipment and systems
Customer-focused mindset; active listening, have attention to detail, and find solutions to best meet customer's needs
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Planning, organizing, problem analysis, and great judgement
Team focused on achieving common goals
Ability to continue to learn skills of the trade and keep current on industry trends
Commitment to delivering exceptional service for the company and our customers
