Requirements
- 1+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work with tools, equipment, and materials safely
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude and pride in your work
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, furnaces, air handlers, and heat pumps
- Replace existing systems and complete full system change-outs
- Work with ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components
- Ensure all installations meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
