Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Maryland Apprentice License (required by start date).
- Ability to work in tight spaces, attics, crawl spaces, garages, and on roofs.
- A positive attitude, integrity, and the ability to represent the company professionally.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Physically able to perform demanding tasks daily.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow directions independently.
- Clean criminal background and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of a wide range of HVAC systems across residential homes.
- Move tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Connect, adjust, or disconnect wiring, piping, and tubing using proper tools and techniques.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and your team to ensure a smooth install process.
- Maintain accurate invoices, documentation, and time sheets.
- Help keep vehicles, tools, work areas, and job sites clean, organized, and safe.
- Support our installers with tasks that will help you build the experience needed for future licenses and certifications.
