About The Position

Overview Who/What Are We Looking For? We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn the HVAC trade . Our HVAC Install Helper class will: Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and have a good driving record
• High school diploma (or GED)
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
• Team player
• Company policy states that all candidates must be 21 or older

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications
• Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units
• Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
• Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes
• Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
