Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • A valid Driver's License
  • A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
  • Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
  • Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record (Required)
  • Tow Motor, Pallet jack and Lift truck certification or willingness to train for certification.
  • Ability to make responsible decisions under pressure.
  • Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
  • Recognition of the importance of details
  • Basic computer skills / Ability to learn new software programs.
  • As part of our standard hiring process, any candidate that is made an offer of employment must have a background check, physical evaluation, drug screening and motor vehicle record performed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver equipment and materials to Install Technicians as dispatched.
  • Replenish any truck stock as requested.
  • Bring trash back to the shop for disposal.
  • Provide assistance to install technicians as requested.
  • Follow procedure for the return of warranty parts and unused materials for credit.
  • Assist warehouse staff in staging & loading material/equipment.
  • Learn all aspects of HVAC installation procedures.
  • Assist in other duties and projects as assigned or needed.
