About the Role: This is a great opportunity for individuals with no experience but are interested in learning and growing into an HVAC Install Technician. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
A valid Driver's License
A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record (Required)
Tow Motor, Pallet jack and Lift truck certification or willingness to train for certification.
Ability to make responsible decisions under pressure.
Organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at one time
Recognition of the importance of details
Basic computer skills / Ability to learn new software programs.
As part of our standard hiring process, any candidate that is made an offer of employment must have a background check, physical evaluation, drug screening and motor vehicle record performed.

Responsibilities

Deliver equipment and materials to Install Technicians as dispatched.
Replenish any truck stock as requested.
Bring trash back to the shop for disposal.
Provide assistance to install technicians as requested.
Follow procedure for the return of warranty parts and unused materials for credit.
Assist warehouse staff in staging & loading material/equipment.
Learn all aspects of HVAC installation procedures.
Assist in other duties and projects as assigned or needed.
