What you will do: Provide Coordination support to HVAC Install Department. Book/Schedule HVAC jobs, communicate with/update customers Order equipment/supplies for HVAC Install Jobs Communicate with technicians regularly to ensure they have required materials to complete the job Coordinate deliveries, pull/stage jobs as required.

Requirements

• Must have either warehouse or office/administrative experience
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, must be able to operate lift
• Valid Drivers License
• To be considered for employment, all candidates must successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC Install experience (Residential is preferred)
• Experience with service titan

Responsibilities

• Provide Coordination support to HVAC Install Department
