About The Position

Schedule : M-F 9:00 am to 1 or 2 pm
Starting pay: $22-$24 DOE

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, construction coordination, dispatch, or project support preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• HS diploma, or GED equivalent, is required. An Associate’s degree in business administration or other administrative training is desired.
• Previous administrative assistant or administrative experience preferred.
• Previous permitting experience desired.
• Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
• All candidates are required to pass a background check prior to hire.

• HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate
