About The Position
United Air Temp is seeking individuals with drive, ambition, and a strong work ethic to join their team as an HVAC Install Apprentice. No prior experience is necessary, as the company offers an exclusive 'Path to Success' program. Apprentices will receive paid training, required certifications/licenses, daily skills and leadership training, and mentorship from experienced leaders, including the CEO, who all started as trainees. The company fosters a fun and safe work environment where Branch Managers are dedicated to the development and success of every team member.
Requirements
- Natural ability to work with your hands
- Comfortable talking with customers
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service
- Do-what-it-takes attitude
- At least 18 years of age
- At least three years of safe driving experience
- Clean motor vehicle report
- Clean background check
- Authorized to work in the US for any employer
